Pokemon: Delta Reign Draft

Pokémon Delta Reign Release-Day Draft

Friday, November 6 | 4–8pm

Purple Dragon Games | $25 per player, pizza included

The storm has arrived! Celebrate the release of Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Delta Reign at Purple Dragon Games with an evening of fresh packs, creative deck building, friendly battles, and pizza. Whether you joined our prerelease or are discovering the expansion for the first time, this is your chance to explore the new cards alongside our local Pokémon community. Mega Rayquaza ex leads the excitement, joined by Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex, and Mega Golisopod ex. With new artwork to discover and new combinations to try, every pack brings another possibility. Will you find a Pokémon you’ve been hoping to collect, a powerful addition to your strategy, or an unexpected favorite?

How does a draft work? You’ll open event booster packs, choose a card, and pass the remaining cards to the next player. As packs travel around the table, you’ll continue choosing cards and gradually assemble your own selection. Each pick presents a decision: take a strong Pokémon, grab a useful Trainer, or choose a card that helps your growing strategy come together. After drafting, you’ll build your event deck and put it to the test against fellow Trainers. We’ll explain the deck-building requirements and any special draft rules before play begins.

The excitement starts before the first battle. A surprising card passed your way can change your entire plan, and an ordinary-looking Pokémon might become the star of your deck. Everyone builds from the cards available during the event, making adaptability and creative choices part of the fun. You don’t need to bring a finished competitive deck—come ready to discover what you can build!

Watch for Mega Pokémon ex and striking illustration cards as packs make their way around the table. Exciting pulls are always a possibility, though no particular card is guaranteed. Sometimes the biggest surprise is finding the perfect piece for your deck just when you need it.

Your $25 ticket includes participation in the draft, the cards you draft to take home, and pizza during the event. Bring a friend, meet fellow Pokémon fans, and celebrate release day at Purple Dragon Games, your local official Play! Pokémon location.

Open fresh packs. Make your picks. See what rises from the storm!
