This Magic: The Gathering Draft experience is perfect for players who enjoy discovery, creativity, and tactical gameplay. Drafting is one of the most exciting ways to play MTG because every participant builds a deck on the spot, selecting cards one at a time from booster packs. Each choice becomes part of your spellbook as you craft a strategy unique to your style of play.

Secrets of Strixhaven is beloved for its wizard-school atmosphere, mystical archives, and powerful spell interactions. Whether you align with Lorehold’s bold scholars, Prismari’s artistic mages, Quandrix’s mathematical spellcasters, Silverquill’s elegant wordsmiths, or Witherbloom’s life-channeling alchemists, this set creates unforgettable moments full of clever combos and magical surprises.

How the Draft Works

Each participant receives booster packs and selects cards in a rotating draft process. Players then build a 40-card deck using their selections and basic lands provided by the store. Matches are played in Swiss rounds, meaning everyone plays multiple games regardless of win/loss record.

We use the official Wizards EventLink system as part of the WPN (Wizards Play Network) to pair players and track match results.
