Big mechs, friendly competition, and good people! Join us every Tuesday for BattleTech at Purple Dragon Games. All experience levels are welcome, whether you’re learning your first move or bringing years of battlefield experience. Bring your own mechs or use the store’s and enjoy an evening with friendly, helpful players who love sharing the game and making newcomers feel welcome.

BattleTech is a science-fiction tabletop wargame where you command towering war machines called BattleMechs. Players maneuver across the battlefield, use terrain for protection, and roll dice to resolve attacks. Each mech brings its own combination of speed, armor, and weapons, giving you plenty of ways to approach a battle. In Classic BattleTech, you also track damage to individual parts and manage the heat your machine generates. Do you unleash more firepower and risk overheating, or stay cool and prepare for your next move?

If you enjoy games like Warhammer, BattleTech offers another exciting way to explore miniature warfare. Classic BattleTech puts a detailed spotlight on individual machines, with satisfying battles possible using just a few mechs. Damaged weapons, dwindling armor, and heat buildup make each machine’s condition part of your strategy.
